The H.O. Mullinax Scholarship is presented to academically outstanding students living in Abbeville County pursuing a career in an Agricultural or Natural Resource related field
The scholarships are awarded in memory of Mr. H.O. Mullinax of Donalds, SC who served many years as a commissioner and a great supporter of the Abbeville Conservation District and its practices.
